Run Rule- All Divisions- 12 after 3; 8 after 4 

Time Limit- 

2027- 1 Hour 40min- Finish the Inning 

2023-2026 1 Hour 50min- Finish the Inning  

Substitutions- 

Free substitutions  

Tie-Breakers: 

   Bases loaded and one out. Last batted out on first with the two hitters in front of him on 2nd and 3rd      (Bracket Play Only) 

Pitch Count- Coaches are responsible. No restrictions. 

Courtesy Runner- For pitcher/catcher 

*Use subs if you have them; or last batted out  

Cleats- Venue dictates (see below)

Balls- Tournament will provide 3 balls per game. Teams should be prepared to chip in beyond that.
